Marty is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She also holds a Florida Educator Certification for Special Education k-12. Marty was granted a Bachelor’s Degree in Special and Elementary Education from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, and a Master’s degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis from the University of Cincinnati.  She has been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 2014. Marty has a passion for helping children and families work through behaviors that negatively impact their lives. She has worked with autism clinics, in home therapy, with foster children, and with at-risk youth within the school setting.

Star has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since February of 2016. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Community Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from St. Cloud State University in Minnesota. Star has been working in the ABA field since January of 2014 and has had experience with children diagnosed on the autism spectrum since 2001. Star has provided in-home therapy, clinic-based therapy and RBT supervision, and school-based consulting. She has helped clients ranging from 2 to 22 years old. Her passion lies with early intervention.and the verbal operants, teaching replacement behaviors, and problem behavior reduction.

Angela is a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst. She received a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Florida State University and is currently completing a Master’s degree from the University of Cincinnati so that she can obtain her BCBA. She has experience working with children ages 2-22 in the clinic, home and school environments. Her passion for the field was inspired by growing up with a brother diagnosed with Down Syndrome and Autism. She has a passion for helping children and families reach their true potential using Applied Behavior Analysis.

Nicole is a Registered Behavior Technician and proud mom to three boys on the autism spectrum. Her autism journey with her sons began in 2007 and the experiences she’s had as an autism mom are what inspired her to become an RBT and help other families on their journey. Originally from California, Nicole and her family moved to Jacksonville in 2011 and reside in the beaches area with their two dogs.

Nichole has her Associates degree in Liberal Arts with a focus in psychology from Florida State College at Jacksonville with plans to pursue her BCaBA. She is the oldest of 4, her younger brother was diagnosed with ADHD and that inspired her to want to help children and families learn to live their best lives. Outside of Shining Stars, Nichole spends her time as a yoga instructor learning and practicing different styles of yoga.

Heather is currently pursuing her Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification. She has been working in behavior programs in the public school setting for over 9 years. She has worked with children who have Autism, ADHD, and ODD in diverse populations and cultures. Heather believes that all children have enormous potential and it is her pleasure to help them achieve reach it.
